Our Staff
As a therapist, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between individuals of all ages and diverse disorders. Through compassionate listening and empathy, I hope to establish a safe and nurturing environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and understood. Whether you are a child struggling with anxiety, an adolescent facing life transitions, an adult battling depression, or a family overcoming trauma. I firmly believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. By fostering a strong bond based on trust and respect, I encourage open communication, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. This collaborative approach empowers individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth while working towards their desired outcomes. Virtual Link doxy.me/alliecaselman

Greg Tancibok, MS, LPC
Our mental health is one of our most important aspects of ourselves that we have to provide care for in order to live a more fulfilled life. Acknowledging that we feel these struggles is an important first step in making the decision that we want to take control over the way we feel, how we think, and the changes that we want to make for ourselves. Whether you’re struggling with trauma from your past, depression, anxiety, grieving over the loss of a loved one, loneliness, stress at work, worries about the future, or have a child struggling in an area of their lives where children often do, there is great value in allowing someone to help carry some of that burden. Heidi Kuehn, MS, MA, LPC
There is a widespread implication in our society that difficult feelings are unacceptable or inconvenient. If I could assure you of anything, it would be that your emotions are valid and useful, no matter how uncomfortable they are. Let's use them as a guide in discovering what your mind and body are really trying to tell you. I want to support you in becoming a wise leader of yourself, not a prisoner of your pain. With each small step you make toward internal balance, external balance is not far behind. Virtual Link doxy.me/heidikhuen
