Greg Tancibok, MS, LPC
Our mental health is one of our most important aspects of ourselves that we have to provide care for in order to live a more fulfilled life. Acknowledging that we feel these struggles is an important first step in making the decision that we want to take control over the way we feel, how we think, and the changes that we want to make for ourselves. Whether you’re struggling with trauma from your past, depression, anxiety, grieving over the loss of a loved one, loneliness, stress at work, worries about the future, or have a child struggling in an area of their lives where children often do, there is great value in allowing someone to help carry some of that burden. Heidi Kuehn, MS, MA, LPC
There is a widespread implication in our society that difficult feelings are unacceptable or inconvenient. If I could assure you of anything, it would be that your emotions are valid and useful, no matter how uncomfortable they are. Let's use them as a guide in discovering what your mind and body are really trying to tell you. I want to support you in becoming a wise leader of yourself, not a prisoner of your pain. With each small step you make toward internal balance, external balance is not far behind.
