If you are to find yourself, your family, or your child struggling, the best thing you can do is seek out someone to listen and empathize with your situation. I have years of experience working in the mental health field. I primarily draw from Humanistic and Adlerian schools of psychology. I believe the foundation of your healing journey is a strong client-therapist relationship built on authenticity, empathy, and trust.I have experience working with: anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm, trauma, disruptive behaviors, and parent/child relational issues.I am a Registered Play Therapist but I love working with all ages. I utilize evidence-based interventions and incorporate elements from a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including: Client Centered, Adlerian, Gestalt, Sandplay, Attachment Theory, ACT, CBT, and Neurofeedback.I work collaboratively with my clients to find an approach that best fits their needs. I am eager to assist in supporting individuals and families through new transitions and overcoming barriers. Together, we will discover your biggest strengths and utilize them towards healing.
