Lisa Griggs, LPC
I believe that everyone can be successful, and that success looks different for everyone.
I am passionate about empowering clients to learn and utilize REBT skills so they can deal with their anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders inside and out of individual and group sessions. I love running groups and doing sessions in various ways such as adventure therapy, art therapy and experiential therapy in addition to individual sessions in a typical setting.
I earned my Master of Science in Counseling degree from the University of Arkansas in 2019. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling (ABOEC). I have worked with clients ages five – 65 providing services for individual, group, addiction, parenting classes and family therapy.
I am open to helping people of all backgrounds and with whatever issues they are prepared to work on.
